Rafael Hurtado, ricercatore e docente sui temi della paternità, della maternità e della vita domestica nell’Universidad Panamericana di Guadalajara, in Messico. Addottoratosi nell’Instituto Empresa y Humanismo dell’Università di Navarra, di Pamplona, in Spagna, è membro del comitato accademico dell’International Observatory of the Family e del periodico, The Natural Family: An International Journal for Research and Policy, edito dall’International Organization for the Family. Autore di più di 30 pubblicazioni scientifiche in periodici come Church, Communication and Culture; Metaphysics and Person; Revista Empresa y Humanismo; The Chesterton Review; Scripta Theologica; Open Insight e altre, ha pubblicato I libriFatherhood in the Thought of Karol Wojtyla (2011) e Reflections on Work in the Home and Family Life (2014), curando A Stand for the Home: Reflections on the Natural Family and Domestic Life (2019), co-curando From Family to Community. An Interdisciplinary Study (2020), così come traducendo The Privilege of Being a Woman (2019) di Alice von Hildebrand (1923-2022).
