Woke companies, universities, and governments have been bending over backwards to satisfy the insatiable demands of the radical transgender lobby. Among other things, they a have been allowing biological men who “identify” as women, even if such men have no diagnosis of gender dysphoria or decide to retain their male anatomy, to compete on female sporting teams, to use female locker rooms, showers, and restrooms, and to stay in domestic violence shelters for women.
The craziness of these policies can be seen in the case of Lia Thomas, a biological male who identifies as female while keeping his male anatomy, Thomas has been allowed to participate on the University of Pennsylvania women’s swimming team and has already shattered several female records. At the same time, the legitimate privacy concerns of his female teammates regarding having to share locker rooms and see his male anatomy have been blatantly ignored by university authorities. The world really is turned upside down.
Now Apple, one of the most woke corporations in the world, has decided to up the ante in bowing down to the radical transgender gods and further denigrating women. As reported by Fox Business, Apple has now produced a “pregnant person” and a “pregnant man” emoji for IPhone users.
There are several crazy things about this. First, a “pregnant person” is another way of saying a “woman.” The desire of woke radicals to support the transgender movement by using “inclusive” language to the detriment of women is what brought feminist powerhouse J.K. Rowling into the fight to defend womanhood. After she read an article entitled “Creating a more equal world for people who menstruate,” Rowling tweeted: “People who menstruate, I am sure there used to be a word for those people. Someone help me out. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?”
Second, there is no such thing as a “pregnant man.” Only a woman can become pregnant, no matter how hard transgender radicals wish this were not so. A biological female “identifying” as a man is still a biological female, no matter what the radical transgender movement believes; if she gets pregnant, it is because she is a woman. Period. Belief will always crash against the impregnable wall of reality.
With Apple’s launch of a “pregnant person” and a “pregnant man” emoji, one wonders when the radical transgender movement will stop denying reality and will stop denigrating females. Even emojis are not safe from the radical woke mob. What will fall next if we don’t take a stand? People who support reason and truth must speak up before we are told to believe, as Orwell warned us, that “War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength.”
