Susanna Manzin is involved in organizing events, meetings, seminars and conferences. She is the author of two novels, The Fate of the Kelp and Like Salmon in a Stream focused on the difficult and sometimes dramatic challenges facing the family today. She edits the blog Bread & Hearth dedicated to the culture of the table, from which she adapted a book of the same name.
