Here comes the “menstrual leave.” For trans persons

As fewer and fewer people now know how to define what it means to be a woman, here is the latest laughable gimmick of neo-colonialist transgender aggression.

More and more companies are now introducing what is known as “menstrual leave,” or the possibility of a break from work if certain days of the menstrual cycle are particularly painful for women. It was pioneered by Japan, which introduced it back in 1947, followed by Indonesia, France and Spain. In Italy, the debate has been at a standstill since 2016.

There’s no doubt that this concerns women. Women only. Exclusively women. Who else would it be? No consideration is worthwhile against the facts, and to say or know that the menstrual cycle affects women, only and exclusively women, certainly does not require a degree in gynecology or andrology.

But ours is a curmudgeonly world that loves silly novelties, so much so that no matter how much we know, there never seems to be a limit. And that’s when in India, Zomato, a multinational company offering online restaurant search and home food delivery services, announces the introduction of “menstrual leave”, paid of course, for full ten days a year, for female employees of course–God forbid it should be otherwise–and yet also for transgender employees, whatever that means, both at home and in all the countries in which it operates.

It was the company’s administrator, Deepinder Goyal, who made this public on August 8 last year in an official communication, explaining that the company wants to “foster a culture based on trust, truth and acceptance.”

So much for the truth: no matter how hard they try to perceive themselves as women, and convince themselves that they have a female genital apparatus, no man either does or can. Even when a man resorts to the surgeon’s scalpel, he can only ever mimic the female genital apparatus morphologically but not possess it in any actual way. Much less have the ability to bring children into the world, meaning before that to ovulate and therefore to menstruate.

The “truth” is not that which Goyal bothered to support, sadly, by making a completely ideological, but above all a stupid and laughable decision; the truth is in fact something else: women’s rights have become a real hunting ground for transgender persons. This is evidenced by the story of mock sports competitions. Then there is the mockery that also adulterates politics. Indeed, in Mexico, to circumvent the imposition of pink quotas, some male candidates have nonchalantly declared themselves female.

But now there is even talk of “rainbow quotas” in the elections: an “enlightened” proposal that comes from Great Britain–more precisely, from the Financial Conduct Authority, i.e., the body that protects consumers by monitoring compliance with competition in the financial markets.

As we wait for the feminists’ marches to protest this blatant interference that is pushing a good number of women out of the marketplace, we already seem to see the line at the family doctor’s office of so many males suddenly feeling female and complaining of belly pains to take advantage of a nice paid leave. I am what I feel myself to be: centuries of struggle for emancipation have now been reduced to a joke, courtesy of individuals’ subjective perception of themselves.
