Texas sues over Biden’s desire for abortion

The White House would like the Health Department to tamper with national laws in order to turn every emergency medical intervention room into an abortion facility.

The state of Texas sued the U.S. federal government over abortion. The complaint concerns directives issued by President Joe Biden with aggressive arrogance on July 8 through Executive Order 14076.

Biden, who from the day he was elected misses no opportunity to propagandize, defend and fund abortion at home and around the world, reacted with this executive order in response to the decision of the US Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, the legal precedent that for half a century and resulting in the deaths of some 60 million babies has imposed on the entire country the lie of abortion as a “right” inscribed in the federal Constitution.

Now (on July 14) Texas is responding with courtroom calm to the testy ire of Biden and his radical supporters. Because, among other things, directives imposed by Biden on US institutions advise hospitals in the country to perform abortions on an “emergency basis,” ignoring the bans imposed on abortion by those states whose legislation provides for it after the June 24 Supreme Court decision.

According to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, this means that as far as the president is concerned, and he also happens to be the chief executive and commander of last resort of the armed forces, the Department of Health should gear up to tamper with national laws in order to transform every emergency health intervention room in the USA into casual abortion facilities, despite the fact that there is no federal rule or legal precedent guaranteeing abortion as a constitutional “right.” The tribunal of history has labelled as white coups acts even less arrogant than Biden’s.

In short, the news of Paxton’s intervention is a very good one. The haughtiness and arrogance of those who consider themselves omnipotent in inflicting death left and right, of commanding politics and mocking the judiciary is put back where it belongs, with the addition of legal fees. But even better news is that Texas is certainly only the first state in the USA to shove back down the throats of certain insolent people the self-righteousness they brazenly flaunt.
