LaFamiliaNoSeToca. But in Spain they want to kill the family. America: get ready for what’s coming. Yes, it is to be given a mortal blow with a new Family Law by diluting it into 16 different types of “families”, all of them regulated. Some examples of new families: two-parent family, single-parent or “single-parent” family, LGTBI single-parent or “single-parent” family, family abroad, intercultural family, transnational family, single persons…
Why do we say that this Law wants to kill the family? Because if everything is family, then nothing is family: the objective is to destroy it directly. The family comes before the state and the state should not and cannot define what family is and what it is not.
LaFamiliaNoSeToca. This anti-family law favors instability and destroys the family heritage, the roots, the values that are given in families as schools of life. This law is just one more piece of the social structure designed by the left.
LaFamiliaNoSeToca. This anti-family law is made by urgent administrative processing of the preliminary draft of the Family Law. This anti-family law, which the Minister of Social Rights and Agenda 2030, Ione Belarra, of Pedro Sanchez’s government, wants to approve… How does it destroy the concept of family? Easy: by diluting it into 16 different types of families. As we have said, two-parent, single-parent or “single-parent”, LGTBI single-parent or single-parent, intercultural, transnational… and so on up to 16 types.
LaFamiliaNoSeToca. In this anti-family law, all social groups and all possible exceptions are included in the concept of “family”, thus annihilating the family as the fundamental unit of society, where there is always a father, a mother and, as a rule, children. The Government substitutes that which is called “family circumstances” (which always exist, will always exist, and some of them are dramatic and in need of special assistance from the public sector), for the “Family” with a capital F.
LaFamiliaNoSeToca. This anti-family law imposes an ideologically designed social model: not only does it break with what is anthropologically known as “family”, the nucleus and determining nexus of any human community, but it also imposes an ideology whose purpose is to definitively bury what this Government interprets as “traditional family”.
LaFamiliaNoSeToca. This anti-family law, to top it all off, wants to end parental freedom to educate their children, ban the Parental Pin, veto parents’ right to choose their children’s education. Article 24 eliminates the fundamental right of parents to decide and influence the education of their children (this is directly unconstitutional). Prohibition of the “Parental Pin”: among its most important new features, the Law includes “the express prohibition that parents or guardians prevent access to content on family diversity in the educational setting” in order to avoid, as the minister said, “a restriction of the rights of children and adolescents to education and to the free development of their personality.”
What this really implies is an attack on a fundamental right enshrined in Article 27.3 of Spanish Constitution, as well as in the Charter of Human Rights, Article 26 and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, Article 14.
LaFamiliaNoSeToca. This anti-family law expressly makes it compulsory for children to study all these family models. They will be included by law in the educational curriculum, whether parents want them or not. This obligatory nature is proof that it does not respond to a genuine administrative, legal or labor need to remedy something that the State does not yet cover, but is pure and simple doctrine.
LaFamiliaNoSeToca. This anti-family law attacks the essence of large families: it eliminates the concept of Large Family and replaces it with that of Families with greater needs for special category parenting support, adding to large families many other types of families in various circumstances. The 200 euros per year that it contemplates serve only to enslave and generate people who want to be subsidized, not to promote the birth rate, which is not mentioned in the law.
We cannot remain impassive, therefore acTÚa FAMILIA has launched the campaign LaFamilisaNoSeToca, or DoNotTouchTheFamily, fighting together with many other pro-family associations, to stop the greatest attack on the institution of the family, the basic unit of society, ever seen in the Western world. The person responsible for this outrage is Pedro Sánchez who governs together with the communists of Podemos.
And to talk about it, about the importance of the Family, about what it is, and about what projects there are for its destruction, we have organized this new MEETING. Family. Life. Freedom and invited several experts in the field. All three are friends and members of the Advisory Board of acTÚa FAMILIA. True “Family” specialists.
First, our indispensable Elsa Méndez, former congresswoman in Querétaro, Mexico, and well-known defender of the family and life, a promoter of the “family perspective” in Mexico. Then we have María Menéndez, a great fighter against the Spanish law, president of Familias Numerosas de Madrid. Third, we have my friend José Luque, a doctor, family activist and ex-politician in Málaga.
