Sin bears its own punishment with abortion

The woman's womb has become the most dangerous place for a human being. The right to be born has been put on the back burner, and is now more of a privilege than anything else.

To frame the article, let’s remember that the Spanish state declared war on the unborn in 1985 and, since then, more than 90,000 babies are murdered every year in Spain alone. Indeed, it may be said it is the greatest genocide in human history.

The abortion law has killed more than 2,350,000 people since its passage. If the figure fails to shock, imagine eliminating the entire population of the Community of Castilla-Léon!

This data only marks a floor, because we know that the real numbers are much higher: those who continue to do it clandestinely by trafficking and prostitution, those who do not comply with the deadlines and grounds in the law, as well as chemical abortions, must be given consideration. The latter is seen as so common and of such little importance by the National Institute of Statistics that they do not recognize such as counting as “abortions.”

Added to this is the fact that it is not only babies dying who are harmed by abortion, but also the mothers and the health workers who perform them. It is the perfect exponential of damnation. Three human beings enter the room, three come out: one physically dead and the other two spiritually dead. Because as the title of the article indicated, the sin carries its penance: he who kills, in the depths of his being, dies.

It has always been said that life is a gift; but now, in a very real way, we can say it’s a sheer miracle! Because both you, who read this, and I who write, are survivors of these dangerous ideological laws. And that’s why our lives depend on defending the unborn, mothers and health workers. Because we celebrate life, with the joy of living, of knowing that we are alive. Believe me, neither the mother nor the medical staff will understand themselves as survivors. Rather, they will spend their lives surviving by themselves, because the blood of those children bathe their hands and their conscience forever.

The poor mothers are deceived, and they spend their whole lives longing for something they can’t quite identify; because inside they are mothers, only mothers of dead children.

Faced with the hopeless, who argue that it is better to have an abortion than to bring children to live in poverty, I have to tell them that poverty is not combated by eliminating the poor. And in any case, there is more hope of making it through alive than dead.

And to the nitpickers, whose argument is based on deadlines, we may tell them that the heart of a human being is formed in the third week, and in the fourth week the heartbeat can be heard; but this matters little because, scientifically, life arises at conception, that is to say, at the first instant.

Society and politicians have turned the day of the slaughter of the innocents (December 28th) into our “April Fool’s Day.” But for us, the matter is no joke.
