The Higher Court in Belgrade has acquitted Dr. Vladimir Dimitrijević of discrimination charges against LGBT persons.

This is great and joyous news for the pro-family faction in Serbia (and everyone else in the world) fighting to preserve their traditional values and the natural family in this time and age, as well as for the generations to come!

Dimitrijević’s essay “In Defense of the Natural Family“, published on his personal website in January 2018, was the reason why a pro-LGBT NGO filed charges against the famous Serbian publicist and IFN author – first to the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, and then to the Higher Court in Belgrade. The Commissioner, who is openly on the side of liberals and LGBT activists, requested that Dimitrijević remove the essay and apologize to political homosexuals (the plaintiffs). He was then declared a “discriminator”.

The essay “In Defense of the Natural Family” was written as part of a public debate on the imposition of the first version of the anti-family law on gender equality, which is based on unscientific gender theory. Gender theory is a natural “ally” of the ideology of political homosexuality, whose goal is the destruction and redefinition of all natural sexuality.

Unfortunately, this disastrous law was recently adopted. But the fight to withdraw it continues!

On multiple occasions in our portal, we have reported on the case of Dr. Vladimir Dimitrijević.

In the Serbian public eye, he is known as one of the most notable signatories on the Petition of the Coalition for the Natural Family.

Although the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination, passed in 2009 (and recently supplemented with provisions that have effectively brought the verbal offense back into Serbia’s legal system) is highly controversial, the iFamNews editorial team congratulates Dr. Dimitrijević on this victory and is very much pleased with the just court decision.
