Luis Alberto Chávez Hartley is a member of the association "Tradition and Action for a Greater Peru", one of the Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property, inspired by the thought and action of the Brazilian Catholic leader Plinio Correa de Oliveira. He also has a degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Lima.
