A leading medical watchdog is urging the Food and Drug Administration to probe companies enabling Americans, including vulnerable minors, to buy dangerous sex-rejecting drugs without prescriptions, highlighting the perils of radical transgender ideology preying on confused youth.
Do No Harm released a report on March 10, 2026, titled “The Lack of Barriers to Minors Ordering Cross-Sex Hormones Online,” exposing websites that bypass safeguards. Dr. Kurt Miceli, the group’s chief medical officer, blamed activist organizations like the Human Rights Campaign and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health for normalizing experimental hormonal interventions as “gender-affirming care,” creating demand for unregulated sources.
The report details hubs like Transgender Map, HRT.Coffee, and HRT Cafe listing pharmacies in Mexico (MedsMex) and Vanuatu (Inhouse Pharmacy) that ship estrogen and testosterone without requiring prescriptions or age verification. These platforms guide users on self-administration, ignoring severe risks like infertility, diabetes, cancer, and early death for males taking estrogen. An FDA study also found puberty blockers increase suicidal thoughts in kids.
Miceli warned: “Gender-confused kids should not be able to purchase potent, experimental medications with just a few simple clicks. These hormones carry significant risks, including effects that can be irreversible.” He called for FDA and state investigations into unlawful sellers, emphasizing how low-quality evidence and activist pressure have fueled the child transgender industry.
This comes amid growing scrutiny: Juries have awarded millions for malpractice in detransition cases, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons recommends against transgender surgeries for minors under 19. Many states ban these procedures for youth, but online vendors exploit loopholes, endangering lives and undermining parental rights.
