Authorities say Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old arrested in connection with the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, was living with a transgender partner, who is now cooperating with the FBI. According to law enforcement, text messages exchanged between Roberto and his partner helped link Robinson to key details of the case.
Investigators say a roommate — described as the transgender partner — provided messages from a contact named “Tyler” that mentioned retrieving a rifle from a drop point. Communications also referenced bullet casings that matched those found at the scene. These items reportedly played a significant role in piecing together the case.
Charlie Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck while speaking at an “American Comeback” college tour event. He underwent surgery but died shortly after. The shooting followed a question from an attendee asking about transgender mass shooters. Kirk’s line was, “Too many.”
The revelation of Robinson’s trangender partner joins a growing mountain of evident that the assassination of Charlie Kirk was the act of a radicalized far-left trans activist. Evidence includes writing on Robinson’s ammunition such as “Hey fascist, catch this”, and a reference to Bella Ciao, a popular Italian anti facist song.
Robinson remains in custody as investigations proceed. Authorities have not released full details, including the identity of the partner. The case remains active as federal and local law enforcement gather further evidence
