San Francisco authorities have arrested pro-life activist Anastasia Rogers for a harmless 14-second Instagram reel that boldly exposed Planned Parenthood’s deadly agenda, highlighting the left’s weaponization of vague laws to silence dissent and protect the abortion industry.

As an organizer with Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust, Rogers posted the video two months prior, using a popular “handshake” trend to contrast her compassionate outreach to crisis-pregnant women with a clinic escort’s complicity in child-killing. This peaceful expression drew nearly 400,000 views, but Planned Parenthood twisted it into a violation of California’s Penal Code 423.2(g) under the FACE Act, falsely claiming intimidation despite the escort showing no objection or fear.

On December 18, 2025 Rogers arrived outside the Bush Street clinic to distribute literature with Pro-Life SF’s Robert Byrd, only to be targeted by a security guard and swiftly handcuffed by a sheriff’s deputy after a mysterious warrant call.

Despite her lawyer’s efforts to uncover details, Rogers endured seven hours in jail, emerging with a court date set for February 2026. Viral footage captured her arrest, rallying conservatives against this blatant persecution that prioritizes Big Abortion’s profits over the First Amendment and the sanctity of preborn life.

Today, Survivors San Francisco organizer, Anastasia Rogers, was arrested while peacefully advocating for the pre-born on a public sidewalk outside Planned Parenthood.

Rogers fired back: “If Planned Parenthood thinks that throwing me in jail for 7 hours or 7 days is going to stop me from loving my neighbor – the preborn child, they’re wrong.”
