Justin Heath Smith, a 44-year-old homosexual adult film actor who performed under the name Austin Wolf, has been sentenced to 19 years in prison for committing depraved crimes against children. Once celebrated by outlets like British GQ as a prominent figure in the adult entertainment industry and an OnlyFans trailblazer, Smith’s actions have exposed a deeply disturbing moral degeneracy.
Smith was convicted of multiple sex crimes involving minors, including the attempted rape of a 7-year-old boy. In court, he confessed to sexually abusing a 15-year-old boy in 2023 and engaging in sexual acts with another individual he believed to be 15, though that person was later revealed to be an adult, according to the Southern District of New York (SDNY).
“Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are utterly reprehensible,” said US Attorney for the Southern District of New York Jay Clayton in a statement Monday. “He preyed on vulnerable children as young as seven, and every decent citizen demands that predators like him be locked away for as long as the law allows, far from our communities and our children.”
The New York Post reported that, just before his arrest in April 2024, Smith attempted to arrange the sexual abuse of a 7-year-old boy through the child’s father. In another chilling incident in January 2024, Smith made plans with an adult to abuse a 9-year-old child, but the plan was abandoned when the other adult backed out while Smith waited nearby.
A search of Smith’s residence uncovered a horrifying collection of 1,291 files containing child pornography, including 75 files depicting infants and toddlers, some involving violent rape.
The connection between sexual degeneracy and pornography with child abuse cannot go unnoticed. The root of these heinous acts is the underlying, culturally accepted moral degeneracy, and society must do everything in its power to shun such behavior.
