Pontiff’s word on Biden and abortion

Let all those Catholics who have long been peeling their hands for Biden, in every corner of the globe, now brush up on Pope Francis' infallible magisterium on life.

“Scientific data” show that “one month after conception, the DNA of the fetus is already detectable and the organs are aligned. There is human life. Is it right to eliminate human life?”

Pope Francis asked this rhetorical question during an interview with the Mexican television network Televisa Univision on 11 July. Obviously, the answer is “no,” and the rhetoric used by the Pontiff is reminiscent of his famous release from May 25, 2019: “[I]s it licit to hire a killer to resolve a problem? I leave the answer to you. This is the point. Don’t blame religion for a human issue. It is not licit. Never, never eliminate a human life or hire a killer to solve a problem.”

This infallible magisterium‒for Catholics it is the subject matter (doctrine and morals) that makes the infallibility of a Pope, certainly not the medium (the TV, an interview) or the style (luckily, each of us has its own)‒on such a serious matter, is truly historic in scope. It in facts responds directly to the arrogance with which Joe Biden, president of the most important country in the world and a Catholic, makes abortion the guiding star of his mandate.

President Biden, a Catholic and pro-abortionist, should talk “of this inconsistency” to his “pastor, parish priest, or bishop,” the Pontiff says in the interview, going from doctrinal infallibility to prudential advice (and this advice Catholics must strongly consider too, since Catholics should always keep in high consideration even a post-it note from a Pope).

Any other comment here would be inappropriate. Or prissy. Or mannerism. Or egotistic. Except reminding all those Catholics all over the world, who have long been applauding Biden to brush up well on the Pontiff’s infallible magisterium on life.
