A French LGBT support group in Nîmes is under fire for allegedly hosting undocumented migrants in exchange for sexual favors, exposing the moral rot within activist networks funded by taxpayers. Arap-Rubis (Association for Reflection, Action, Prevention, and Community) faces serious allegations against its director, Franck Martin, who was indicted in February 2025 for corruption of a minor. According to Mediapart and confirmed by the Nîmes prosecutor’s office, Martin engaged in sexual conversations with a 15-year-old boy who contacted the group online.
Broader claims include rape, sexual and moral harassment of staff, and exploiting vulnerable young migrants. Witnesses report undocumented youths housed in caravans and mobile homes on the property, trading sex and farm labor for shelter—a disturbing pattern uncovered after five years of internal complaints and labor inspections.
Martin’s spouse, Alex Tahri-Martin, an employee who acted as de facto deputy director, is also implicated. The scandal prompted the French government to revoke the association’s accreditation and funding, with the city of Nîmes following suit.
This case highlights the risks of state-backed LGBT organizations amid France’s immigration crisis, where open borders enable exploitation. The case exposes the need to defund such groups and enforce strict border controls to protect the vulnerable—both migrants and minors—from predatory networks that erode traditional family values and public safety.
