Created over 2½ years by young filmmaker Myles Vosylius, the film aims to unveil how ideological agendas have supplanted true education—and to inspire a return to classical ideals of truth, goodness, and beauty.
Vosylius warns that “mainstream academic institutions do not want our students to be able to think for themselves, to be able to discern truth.” He frames this as a battle for the minds of youth, with the movie serving as a wake-up call. He hopes students will see themselves as David facing Goliath, recognizing the stark contest over their education.
Supporters on the conservative and classical education scene echo the urgency of this project. Jeremy Wayne Tate, a respected voice in the movement, called it “the most important education documentary in a generation.” He and others believe the film could galvanize parents, teachers, and reformers to challenge the prevailing progressive paradigm in schools.
