Competition for pro-life themed exhibition in Serbia open for submissions

The concept of the exhibition is based on the words of the Serbian Nobel prize winner, author Ivo Andrić: “The river of humanity is renewed and purified in children.”

A major pro-life event is scheduled to take place in Belgrade on 11–14 May – Pro-Life Worldwide Summit. According to the Summit website, “In these dramatic times we think it is useful and important that we have a global congress and know each other better, to exchange our experiences, learn new methods of action and gain new strength and motivation for new struggles and victories for unborn children.”

One of the ways to publicize the event and underline the importance of the pro-life position, which is the cornerstone of the culture of life and stands in stark contrast with the ubiquitous culture of death, will be the exhibition that aims to gather artists in various categories, graphic designers and video producers.

The competition announcement is given below.

Competition for participation in the international exhibition
“The river of humanity is renewed and purified in children”

We invite you to participate in the exhibition “The river of humanity is renewed and purified in children” which will be held as part of the international Pro-Life Summit in Belgrade on 11–14 May 2023.

The concept of the exhibition is based on the words of the Serbian Nobel prize winner, author Ivo Andrić: “The river of humanity is renewed and purified in children.” There is no person who was not a child. However, modern society, trying to produce as many legal rights as possible in order to protect people, has deprived of that protection the very source of humanity, our children, especially unborn children. If you are inspired by the theme of traditional family, motherhood and fatherhood, as well as the miracle of birth of life, that is visible in children, send us your works so that we can together illustrate the joy of life at the Summit in Belgrade in May 2023.

◦ Painting
