Children’s YouTube star Jules Hoffman, a recurring guest on the popular channel “Ms. Rachel,” has faced criticism from Daily Wire host Matt Walsh following Hoffman’s participation in a Pride Month event. The event, named “Queer Fam Pride Jam,” was held in Chicago’s Millennium Park and was attended by a young audience. Following Hoffman’s Pride Month performance, the Ms. Rachel YouTube channel posted a video celebrating Pride Month.
Walsh expressed concern on his show about the content presented at the event, which included performances from drag entertainers. Walsh took issue with both the performers and the sponsors of the event, which included the City of Chicago and Lululemon. Subsequently, Walsh urged conservative parents to sever their connection with the Ms. Rachel channel, stating that the operator of the channel, Rachel Accurso, didn’t want their business.
In response to the backlash, Accurso defended her stance by referencing her Christian faith, emphasizing the commandments to love God and one’s neighbors, which she affirmed as including everyone. This guise of Christian kindness must not blind parents to the fact that Accurso is promoting a lifestyle that is expressedly forbinned by God and is dangerously erosive to the social fabric of our culture.
