Report shows how HRC forces ideology on children

A new report has shone a fierce light on troubling practices. It reveals how the Human Rights Campaign—the largest LGBT lobby—leverages its influence to coerce hospitals into child genital mutilation. Specifically, the report shows how HRC uses a scoring metric to pressure minors into chemical and surgical procedures. These disturbing revelations expose a clear betrayal of vulnerable children.

The U.S. report, produced by Do No Harm, is titled How the Human Rights Campaign’s Healthcare Equality Index Infects Pediatric Hospitals with Gender Ideology. It explains how hospitals are graded on their support for policies like male genital amputation and breast removal in children. Importantly, hospitals lose points if they resist such procedures—even on religious or ethical grounds.

Moreover, participation has surged. In 2008, just 88 facilities took part in the Index. By 2024, that number jumped to over 1,000. That means more and more hospitals are bending under pressure. They pursue awards like “LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equity Leader” or “High Performer” to burnish their public image. Meanwhile, many children pay the price.

Also, the report flags how advocacy extends beyond hospitals. HRC marshals similar pressure tactics in schools and businesses through its State and Corporate Equality Indexes. These efforts compel corporations to adopt transgender-inclusive healthcare and oppose child protection laws. It’s a sweeping campaign to reshape nearly every institution in America.

The report’s author, Dr. Kurt Miceli, calls hospitals to account. He urges them to reject HRC’s political scheme and reclaim their duty to care for patients—especially children. He warns that failure to resist trans ideology in medicine amounts to complicity in harming the most vulnerable.
