For decades now our woke cultural elites, especially those in the field of education, have been telling us non-stop that it is good that our children are being exposed to the LGBT agenda in our culture, especially in our schools. They have been telling us that students who identify as LGBT are just like normal students who are heterosexual. Unfortunately, this has all been a tragic lie.
New data from the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (2011-2021) published by the Centers for Disease Control show us the real effect of the LGBT lifestyle on our children. According to the report:
- 52% of LGBT students report poor mental health (vs. 22% for heterosexual students)
- 69% of LGBT students report persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness (vs. 35% for heterosexual students)
- 45% of LGBT students seriously considered attempting suicide (vs. 15% for heterosexual students)
- 22% of LGBT students attempted suicide (vs. 6% for heterosexual students)
- 21% of LGBT students have used select illegal drugs such as heroin, meth, cocaine, and ecstasy (vs. 11% for heterosexual students)
- 20% of LGBT students have misused prescription opioids (vs. 9% for heterosexual students)
These rates clearly show that students who have succumbed to the LGBT agenda are not doing well and that their life outcomes are significantly worse than those of students who are heterosexual. For educators and other woke elites to constantly indoctrinate our youth in the LGBT lifestyle is child abuse; indeed, these leaders need to be alerting our children to the dangers of the LGBT agenda.
Let’s hope that this report will open the eyes of our educators. But I am not betting on it.
