Gays Against Groomers, a coalition of homosexuals that describes itself on its website as fighting “against the sexualization, indoctrination and medicalization of children,” has condemned a drag queen show for parents and their children in England. “Parents who bring their children to events like this should lose custody and the organizers should be locked up in jail. Absolutely disgusting,” said Gay Against Groomers (GAG) on Twitter on 1 March. Let’s be clear, we are not talking about a group of Catholics and/or fundamentalist and obscurantist Christians, not even the ‘Muslim Brotherhood.’ No, the members and organizations coalesced in the network are ultra-liberal and proud of their homosexual and lesbian struggles and identities. This is precisely why we are comforted by the dramatic analysis of the situation made by the associates of GAG: the gay community “has been hijacked by radical activists who are now pushing extreme concepts in society, particularly targeting children in recent years.”

The occasion that prompted GAG to criticize the increasingly absurd spread of transgenderism and violence against children was the activities of the Caba Baba Rave, the company that organized a drag queen event for parents and children and presented itself as a “little afternoon delight” that intersperses cabaret with “captivating sensory moments for children” before “ending in a rave.” On March 1, journalist Dominique Samuels shared the original videos of the show on Twitter, truly disturbing footage. The performance took place amidst parents sitting on the floor of a living room, clapping and holding their children. The Caba Baba Rave company tried to defend itself through a statement, pointing out that it was the victim of a “attack by trolls” who have something against “drag and non-binary artists.” The Caba Baba Rave had a new show scheduled for March 11 as part of a local festival called Vault, but following controversy announced the cancellation of this and other shows.

Oli London, a British singer and influencer who reversed his “sex change” surgery by returning to being naturally male last November, also criticized the show, which went viral on social media. London complained that “Time and time again we see shocking photos and videos of DRAG QUEENS performing sexually explicit and highly inappropriate shows in front of children.” He went on to call for stricter legislation in the UK ” to punish any drag queen or venue that does this and may ban drag queen shows to children,” including those under 18, as this is a type of “adults-only entertainment.” London also said he was appalled and shocked that parents were present, “what kind of parent would expose their children to this?” he asked.

It is surprising that the UK allows such hypersexualizing events for children, even after the various scandals that have hit transgender ideology and organizations in the country, from the dramatic scandal of Keira Bell, to the upcoming closure of the Tavistock gender clinic where children were abused to implement violent expressions of sexual transition, to the expulsion and investigation of the LGBTI organization Mermaids, to promoting ‘inclusive’ school programs. The British government is acting to curb the overwhelming power that the various LGBTI organizations had in the same public institutions, and the recent decision to drastically reduce funding to the Stonewall organization, which was the subject of investigations and scandals throughout 2021 and 2022, is a positive development but the UK needs to act more and faster to protect children and future generations of citizens of His Majesty Charles III.
