Early Thursday morning the Florida House passed a bill 73-39, which effectively bans abortion after a 15 week gestation period, similar to the bill in Mississippi.
This bill, however, does not go as far as the Heartbeat Bill in Texas, which bans abortion after the 6 week gestation period.
These bills come in the midst of the Supreme Court deliberating cases which could end Roe vs. Wade.
