Pour remettre le texte \u00e0 l\u2019agenda parlementaire, la majorit\u00e9 et la gauche (la PPLC initialement adopt\u00e9e \u00e9tait port\u00e9e par l\u2019insoumise Mathilde Panot) ont dans le viseur les fameuses \u201csemaines de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e\u201d, moments d\u00e9volus aux initiatives des d\u00e9put\u00e9s. Le mois de mars en compte deux :&nbsp; entre le 6 et le 12 mars et une seconde semaine \u00e0 partir du 27 mars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux solutions s\u2019offrent \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Apr\u00e8s un vote conforme des deux chambres, le gouvernement se saisit du texte et d\u00e9pose en son nom un projet de loi constitutionnelle qui devra \u00eatre adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des trois cinqui\u00e8mes du Parlement r\u00e9uni en Congr\u00e8s. Cette option permet d\u2019\u00e9viter d\u2019organiser un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum.<\/li><li>Apr\u00e8s un vote conforme des deux chambres, le chef de l\u2019Etat donne son feu vert pour que le texte soit soumis au r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une derni\u00e8re option consiste \u00e0 inclure la constitutionnalisation dans une r\u00e9forme institutionnelle plus
