Au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022, environ 25.600 enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 avort\u00e9s en Allemagne, annonce<\/a> l’Office F\u00e9d\u00e9ral des Statistiques. Le nombre d’avortements a donc augment\u00e9 de 11,5 % par rapport au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de l’ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les donn\u00e9es des statisticiens, l’\u00e2ge des femmes qui ont avort\u00e9 se r\u00e9partit comme suit : 69,8 % des femmes avaient entre 18 et 34 ans, 18,8 % entre 35 et 39 ans. 8,7 % des femmes \u00e9taient \u00e2g\u00e9es de 40 ans et plus, 2,6 % avaient moins de 18 ans. Environ 42 % des femmes n’avaient pas encore donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 un enfant avant l’interruption de grossesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

96 % des avortements d\u00e9clar\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pratiqu\u00e9s dans le cadre du r\u00e9gime de consultation. Une indication pour des raisons m\u00e9dicales ou en raison de d\u00e9lits sexuels \u00e9tait la raison de l’avortement dans les 4 % de cas restants. La plupart des avortements (50 %) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pratiqu\u00e9s par aspiration, tandis que 35 % ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pratiqu\u00e9s par voie m\u00e9dicamenteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2021 et 2020, le nombre d’avortements avait diminu\u00e9 par rapport aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, avec -5,4 % (2021 par rapport \u00e0 2020) et -0,9 % (2020 par rapport \u00e0 2019). L’Office F\u00e9d\u00e9ral des Statistiques n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d’expliquer la baisse ant\u00e9rieure et la forte augmentation actuelle du nombre d’avortements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le fait que les statisticiens ne soient pas en mesure d’expliquer les baisses et l’augmentation actuelle est \u00ab\u00a0totalement insatisfaisant et en aucun cas acceptable\u00a0\u00bb, a comment\u00e9<\/a> Cornelia Kaminski, la pr\u00e9sidente f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de l’ALfA, \u00e0 propos du communiqu\u00e9 de presse de l’Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons besoin de toute urgence de donn\u00e9es plus pertinentes et de meilleure qualit\u00e9. Non seulement parce qu’il faut s’assurer que les statistiques refl\u00e8tent \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s correctement les avortements en Allemagne, mais aussi parce que la Cour constitutionnelle f\u00e9d\u00e9rale a impos\u00e9 au l\u00e9gislateur une obligation d’am\u00e9lioration dans le cas o\u00f9 les dispositions l\u00e9gales ne prot\u00e8gent pas suffisamment le bien juridique qu’est la vie (Unterma\u00dfverbot)\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
