Celui-ci comporterait des risques particuliers pour les enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Kinderfalle Transgender-Hype \u2013 einfach erkl\u00e4rt\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/o3RSF6Nz_dU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son accord de coalition, la coalition \u00ab\u00a0Ampel\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;abolir la loi sur les transsexuels (TSG) actuellement en vigueur. Elle pr\u00e9voit que les personnes qui souhaitent changer de pr\u00e9nom et de mention de sexe doivent pr\u00e9senter deux avis d&rsquo;experts. Les expertises doivent d\u00e9montrer qu&rsquo;il est tr\u00e8s probable que le sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance du demandeur ne changera plus. Selon l&rsquo;accord de coalition, cette barri\u00e8re de protection devrait \u00eatre lev\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;abrogation de la TSG et l&rsquo;adoption de la nouvelle loi sur l&rsquo;autod\u00e9termination :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous abrogerons la loi sur les transsexuels et la remplacerons par une loi sur l&rsquo;autod\u00e9termination. Cela inclut une proc\u00e9dure aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat civil qui permette en principe de modifier la mention du sexe \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat civil par auto-information, une interdiction de divulgation \u00e9largie et assortie de sanctions et un renforcement des offres d&rsquo;information et de conseil\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vid\u00e9o de sensibilisation le montre clairement : m\u00eame les enfants qui n&rsquo;ont m\u00eame pas le droit de se faire tatouer sans l&rsquo;accord de leurs parents pourraient \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir faire modifier leur inscription de sexe \u00e0 l&rsquo;insu de leurs parents, voire avoir recours \u00e0 des hormones de sexe oppos\u00e9 ou \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations de sexe. Ces mesures sont en partie irr\u00e9versibles et peuvent entra\u00eener la st\u00e9rilit\u00e9.
