Le front pro-avortement esp\u00e9rait en fait que l&rsquo;affaire pourrait revenir devant une juridiction inf\u00e9rieure comme celle qui <a href=\"https:\/\/ifamnews.com\/it\/controffensiva-di-morte-maledettamente-in-fretta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">avait imm\u00e9diatement bloqu\u00e9<\/a> l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la loi l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En novembre, la Cour Supr\u00eame F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Washington n&rsquo;est pas intervenue comme l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rait le front pro-avortement, pour bloquer la \u00ab\u00a0SB 8\u00a0\u00bb, bien qu&rsquo;elle ait permis aux prestataires d&rsquo;avortement de cet \u00c9tat de porter plainte par les <em>voies<\/em> ordinaires, en saisissant d&rsquo;abord les tribunaux f\u00e9d\u00e9raux inf\u00e9rieurs. Ce qui ne signifie qu&rsquo;une chose. La partie est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre termin\u00e9e, et la br\u00e8che que le Texas a ouverte dans le conformisme pro-avortement am\u00e9ricain s&rsquo;\u00e9largit.
