La boulangerie avait refus\u00e9 la commande en invoquant sa confession chr\u00e9tienne. Il s&rsquo;en est suivi une bataille juridique que le boulanger a gagn\u00e9e en 2018 devant la Cour Supr\u00eame du Royaume-Uni. Le tribunal avait estim\u00e9 que le refus ne portait que sur le message de l&rsquo;inscription, et non sur l&rsquo;orientation sexuelle du commanditaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devant la CEDH, Lee a fait valoir qu&rsquo;il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9 de plusieurs droits garantis par la Convention europ\u00e9enne des droits de l&rsquo;homme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Cour europ\u00e9enne des droits de l&rsquo;homme a cependant rejet\u00e9 la plainte comme irrecevable : Lee n&rsquo;a pas fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux droits de la Convention europ\u00e9enne des droits de l&rsquo;homme dans son litige devant la Cour Supr\u00eame.
