It encourages us to continue fighting the cultural battle, of which Elsa is a true captain,&#8221; said Pedro Mej\u00edas, coordinator of <strong>acT\u00daa FAMILIA<\/strong>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy of Quer\u00e9taro, Mexico:<strong> <\/strong>&#8220;I always trusted in justice, and today I am very happy to tell you that I was not linked to a process for the possible crime of discrimination,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/fb.watch\/7kSd2cLV7V\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> <strong>Elsa M\u00e9ndez<\/strong> after the Quer\u00e9taro hearing, where she had been summoned to testify for an alleged crime of homophobia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Mensaje de Elsa M\u00e9ndez\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/U2cpluzCAGg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><figcaption>&#8220;Defending family and life, as I have done, cannot be a crime.&#8221;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For some time, certain LGBTI activists had been harassing Elsa on social networks and threatening her, trying to stop her from continuing her pro-life discourse or her legislative work in the Parliament of Quer\u00e9taro. They even went so far as to denounce her, and the prosecutor accepted her complaint a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This claim of LGBTI lobbyists, very typical of the feminist and radical left, has been truncated today because the judge has ruled that our advisor has been acquitted and exempted her from any accusations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The homosexuals, who had a minimum representation at the doors of the Court, claimed that the deputy should pay for their therapy sessions because they have been &#8220;traumatized&#8221; by her statements and political activity, something that the judge rejected outright, and even warned the prosecution for having given judicial process to the lawsuit, as found out by acT\u00daa FAMILIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We have always respected every person. We have always defended the life of ALL Mexicans, because every life is worthy of living. That is why today we continue to stand with more strength, with renewed hope to work for this cause that is a righteous one, knowing that we are working for the truth. Yes to Life! Yes to Family and our fundamental freedoms! Let&#8217;s go together! Together we are stronger,&#8221; concluded Elsa upon leaving the Court and speaking in front of the cameras of some of the media present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later on, and in communication with Spain, through Pedro Mej\u00edas, she said that &#8220;I was sure that justice would be done. Defending the family and life, as I have done, cannot be a crime.
