After the Commission filed a lawsuit against Hungary’s Child Protection Law \u2014 which banned the promotion of homosexuality and gender ideology to minors \u2014 the European Court of Justice ruled the legislation violates fundamental EU rights. It remains to be seen whether the new P\u00e9ter Magyar-led government will repeal the law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
