A single Chinese billionaire has fathered over 100 such children, aiming to secure U.S. passports for heirs. “These children will eventually be eligible to vote in American elections, access sensitive positions, or otherwise advance Beijing\u2019s interests, all while owing their allegiance to the CCP,” Cotton and Scott warned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Xuan, tied to China’s All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, operated Mark Surrogacy from their home. The couple faces child abuse investigations after a hospitalized infant revealed the scheme.
