The display consists of removable sticker graphics with questions addressed to God\u2014phrases like \u201cAre you there?\u201d and \u201cWhy did you create hate when love is by far more powerful?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cathedral says the project aims to engage \u201cmarginalised communities\u201d\u2014including people of color, neurodiverse individuals, and LGBTQIA+ groups\u2014inviting them to handwrite responses to the question, \u201cWhat would you ask God?\u201d The installation, created by \u201cvegan\/queer\u201d poet Alex Vellis (who uses they\/them pronouns) and curator Jacquiline Creswell, will run from October 17, 2025, through January 18, 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Critics\u2014including parishioners and public figures\u2014have uniformly denounced the display.
