Sivadge had asked for a transfer from her position in the endocrinology clinic due to religious concerns, which she officially submitted to her supervisor at the hospital on May 31. This request was ignored. After journalist Chris Rufo published her claims about the hospital’s practices, she was reportedly placed on suspension and then later terminated. Sivadge says that this is retaliation for her allegations.<\/p>\n
Despite the unfolding events, Sivadge stands firm in defending the youth from dangerous gender surgeries, and has appealed to the public to support her mounting legal costs. In the meantime, Texas Children\u2019s Hospital has been attracting more scrutiny as the Justice Department targets another whistleblower, Eithan Haim. He exposed the hospital\u2019s secret conduct of gender-transition procedures on minors, despite the hospital’s declaration that it had ceased such practices in March 2022.
