The Spanish Foundation of Christian Lawyers has filed a contentious-administrative appeal against the City Council of Lebrija (Seville) over the exhibition “My people understand” which, according to the jurists’ organization, “includes 20 posters that disseminate and promote the radical gender ideology”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exhibition is on display in the main square of the municipality, a location “frequented by parents and children who usually play there every afternoon”, said the jurists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lawyers’ organization has requested the judge to order the removal of the exhibition, as well as of the flag and banner placed at a roundabout and the facade of the Lebrija Town Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The president of Christian Lawyers, Polonia Castellanos, stated that “the exhibition and the flags and banners are in contravention with the duty of neutrality of public institutions as stated in the Constitution”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She also recalled that “there is already a Supreme Court ruling that prohibits the use of non-official flags outside public buildings”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
