In a shocking discovery, four young children were uncovered residing in a squalid apartment overseen by the Boston Housing Authority (BHA). Reports indicate that the premises were occupied by cross-dressing adults and littered with a horrifying collection of illicit drugs, alcohol, adult paraphernalia, and even a deceased individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Herald procured a fire department report that corroborated a police response, stating that a team from the Boston Fire Department was dispatched to Old Colony Avenue on a Saturday morning following a distress call that a man was suffering a cardiac arrest. The location is the Mary Ellen McCormack Housing complex, a property under the management of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon arrival, the responders were met with a scene far beyond a typical medical emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The condition of the apartment was shockingly unsanitary. The report detailed the presence of around six adults, apparently males, in the apartment. The shocking discovery was amplified when “four children were found in a back bedroom, concealed by an adult male from the first responders,” the report read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This shocking incident transpired on a Juneteenth weekend Saturday, and the children identified were aged between five and ten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Boston Police Department confirmed their response to the event, stating “Officers responded to the area of 381 Old Colony Avenue for a death investigation. District Detectives are handling the case; currently, no suspicious circumstances have been reported.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
City Councilor Michael Flaherty expressed his revulsion at the disturbing scene, noting, \u201cReports from the scene suggest drugs, alcohol, adult paraphernalia scattered throughout the apartment, as well as a deceased individual on the floor.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Numerous sources confirmed to the Herald that several of the adults were cross-dressed when first responders reached the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adding to the chaos, the report noted that \u201call the adult parties were uncooperative and failed to provide any useful information,\u201d and that \u201call adults present denied having children inside the apartment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
