{"id":18227,"date":"2020-06-03T08:49:41","date_gmt":"2020-06-03T13:49:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ifamnews.com\/?p=18227"},"modified":"2020-06-23T13:29:50","modified_gmt":"2020-06-23T18:29:50","slug":"no-more-husband-and-wife-says-the-un-another-front-in-the-global-sexual-revolution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ifamnews.com\/en\/no-more-husband-and-wife-says-the-un-another-front-in-the-global-sexual-revolution","title":{"rendered":"No More \u201cHusband\u201d and \u201cWife,\u201d Says the UN: Another Front in the Global Sexual Revolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"last-updated\">Last updated on June 23rd, 2020 at 01:29 pm<\/p>\n<p>Striking\nat the heart of the natural family, the United Nations is urging elimination of\nthe very words that describe the marital roles on which society is founded:\n\u201chusband\u201d and \u201cwife.\u201d Under the guise of \u201ccreat[ing] a more equal world by\nusing gender-neutral language,\u201d the UN declared in a recent tweet\u2014from an\nagency whose name is anything but gender-neutral: \u201cUN Women\u201d\u2014that various traditional\nterms should be replaced, such as: \u201cmaiden name\u201d by \u201cfamily name\u201d; \u201cboyfriend\u201d\nand \u201cgirlfriend\u201d by \u201cpartner\u201d; and, most ominously, \u201chusband\u201d and \u201cwife\u201d by\n\u201cspouse.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\nthe UN would use its prestige on the world stage to attempt to suppress\nlanguage describing the key roles in the natural family is a telling manifestation\nof what Gabriele Kuby\u2014acclaimed sociologist and a speaker at our World Congress\nof Families\u2014calls the \u201cdeconstruction of male and female sexual identity\u201d and the\nresulting \u201cdestruction of freedom in\nthe name of freedom\u201d in what has become a \u201cglobal\nsexual revolution [that] affects everyone\u2014man and woman, young and old, our\npersonal existence and the future of society\u2026. Good is called evil, and evil is\ncalled good.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the revolution rages worldwide, explains Kuby, it\n\u201cincreases its speed and the fierceness of its attack on democratic freedoms\nfrom one day to the next\u2026. There are influential individuals and\nNGOs that drive its global implementation,\u201d and their endgame is clear: \u201cmarriage and family will be dissolved,\u201d to be replaced by \u201carbitrary\nrelationships between two or more people\u201d supported by government subsidy. If\nthis all sounds too bizarre to be true, one need only recall what the Soros propaganda\nvehicle <em>OpenDemocracy<\/em> posted on March\n24: \u201cWe deserve better than the family.
