In Latin America, multinational abortion and LGBTI doctrine corporations and Marxist-populist regimes are pushing to legalize and promote both free abortion and ‘gender and transgender’ ideology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In <\/a>Colombia<\/a>, abortion is advancing, and in recent days the association Unidos por la Vida (United for Life) has strongly criticized the new abortion regulations promoted by Gustavo Petro’s new socialist and progressive government, which, among other things, will allow girls as young as 14 to undergo abortion without parental consent. The press release of Unidos por la Vida refers to <\/a>Resolution 051<\/a> of the Colombian Ministry of Health, which regulates abortion in the country’s health care system and says: “Once again the Ministry of Health, led by Minister Carolina Corcho, breaks the legal order by regulating, through a resolution, the Constitutional Court ruling: C-055 of 2022.” “It is important to point out that if there is no law on abortion, it is not possible to regulate the sentence through resolutions issued by the executive; instead, it is up to the Congress of the Republic to pass a law regulating the sentence and not the Ministry of Health, which instead, through an administrative decision, wants to <\/a>compel<\/a> the entire health care system to perform abortions by stipulating that minors under the age of 14 can have abortions without parental consent.” Currently, in Colombia, the law provides only three grounds for an abortion: risk to the mother’s life, sexual abuse, or malformation of the unborn child. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In <\/a>Bolivia<\/a>, another authoritarian Marxist and populist regime is advancing LGBTI doctrine; thus, a new school curriculum project includes topics on sexuality that are “family-friendly,” which without proper context “only produce confusion and disorientation.” This is a <\/a>denunciation <\/a>of the Bolivian Bishops’ Conference, which called the government’s proposal for the 2023 school year “one-sided” and criticized the “ideological impositions” in the content, for example of comprehensive sex education content, that are present in all plans and levels, from kindergarten to secondary school. This violates the right and responsibility of parents “to educate their children in the love of life,” said the Bishops in their very harsh public note.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
