The Spanish Foundation of Christian Lawyers has filed a lawsuit in the Court of Instruction of Barcelona against the two administrators of the Cl\u00ednica M\u00e9dica Sants SL (Barcelona).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lawyers’ organization pointed to a violation committed by the abortion center, which pertains to Article 145 BIS of the Penal Code. Namely, the abortion clinic failed to respect the three-day reflection period required by law and also stated on its website that it can perform abortions up to 22 weeks, while the legal limit is 14 weeks. Only abortions for medical reasons may be performed up to 22 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The president of the Christian Lawyers association, Polonia Castellanos, underlined, “that’s the dirty business of abortion: it cheats women at the cost of getting rich. This abortion clinic, in particular, encourages women to have an abortion for 300\u20ac, bypassing the deadlines and indications established by law.” She pointed out that “it is utterly shameful that the abortion industry presumes to be feminist when all it does is get rich by lying to women and putting their health at risk.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
