A State University of New York professor not only believes that calling pedophilia wrong “is a mistake”, he believes it is society<\/em> that has some issues it has to sort out with regard to adult-child sex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Stephen Kershnar, who teaches libertarian philosophy and applied ethics at the Fredonia campus, made further shocking comments in an almost one hour long interview<\/a> (warning\u2013disturbing content for youth who may be within earshot) with the YouTube channel Brain in a Vat<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the exchange, Kershnar starts by questioning\u2013with ample conviction\u2013society’s long and deeply held belief that it\u2019s wrong for adults to have sex with children. \u201cIt\u2019s not obvious to me that it\u2019s in fact wrong,\u201d says Kershnar. \u201cI think this is a mistake. And I think exploring that why it\u2019s a mistake will tell us not only things about adult\/(child) sex and statutory rape and also fundamental principles of morality.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
