Adult entertainer Austin Wolf charged with distribution and reception of child pornography in New York

Noted adult entertainer, James Smith, known by his stage name Austin Wolf, has been charged with distributing and receiving child pornography in New York. Smith is expected to appear in a Manhattan federal court on charges derived from his alleged exchange of explicit material involving minors over Telegram. Smith’s arrest followed a search in April, where the authorities reportedly discovered a SD card containing considerable child explicit content at his Manhattan apartment.

Southern District of New York prosecutors allege that Smith’s video retrieval involved children as young as infants, with one case depicting the horrific rape of a 10-year-old child. FBI Assistant Director in Charge, James Smith, underscored in his statement that “each image is a crime scene”, asserting that those involved in the distribution of child explicit content are exploiting society’s most vulnerable.

If convicted on these charges, Smith is faced with a mandatory prison term of five years, which could extend up to 20 years, depending on the severity of the offense. As of now, Smith’s legal representation remains unidentified.
